Neil has worked in a number of retail start ups over the last 14 years focused on online and multichannel retailing across fashion and home wares, including one that successfully listed on AIM and is currently General Manager at West Bay Retail. Previously with a background in operations management for a large brewer focused on process control, quality and team development.
Adam has been working in retail for over 28 years, including 11 years at Dixons Stores Group, where he ran the programme that took the Group’s brands online in 2000. Since DSG, Adam has worked for a number of start ups with successful exits and focused mainly on online and multichannel retailing across fashion and general merchandise. Adam has worked in China, the US and Norway as well as sourcing products and retailing worldwide. Adam and Neil have worked together for 10 years across a number of retail businesses.
